GENERAL
We offer 2 Types of Options: An a la carte service and a Meal Plan Subscription service:
With the a la carte service - You can choose the meals you want from all of our menus and the quantity you prefer. There’s no subscription and you simply order whenever you need us. You can choose from a variety of delicious and nutritious meals, made fresh with high-quality ingredients. Whether you’re looking for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks – we have something for everyone! Our team of chefs and nutritionists design new menus every week, so you can always try something new.
With our Subscription Service - We build a meal plan for you. It is designed to make your life easier. You just tell us how many meals per week you want, what ingredients to avoid (if any), and then we deliver your food on a weekly basis. Plus, there's no long-term contract, so you can cancel at any time. With this service, you also have the option to choose your meals or let us do it for you. Either way, you'll enjoy delicious, healthy food that is ready to eat and fits your lifestyle.
A LA CARTE
With this option, you can choose the specific meals you want and the quantity you prefer. There's no subscription required - you can simply order whenever you need us.
Yes, you can mix and choose from any of our different menus and snacks, so you're sure to find something that suits your taste.
Yes, all of our meals come with full nutritional information and ingredients list. Simply click on each meal for full macros, ingredients and nutrition facts.
With the a la carte option you can choose the meals you want and the quantity you prefer. However, we recommend to order 10+meals to get FREE DELIVERY and save on shipping for FedEx orders.
MEAL PLAN SUBSCRIPTION
When you sign up for our meal plan subscription service, you can select how many meals per week you want and what ingredients to avoid (if any). We'll then deliver your food on a weekly basis.
With this service, you also have the option to choose your meals or let us do it for you. Either way, you'll enjoy delicious, healthy food that is ready to eat and fits your lifestyle.
Whether you're looking for breakfast, lunch or dinner– we have something for everyone! We offer a variety of meal plans to fit your needs:
LOW-CALORIE MEAL PLAN: All of our Low-Calorie Meals are 450 calories or less with lean proteins, carbs and veggies. Great for people that do not have much time to spend in the kitchen and still want to enjoy a clean meal. Our Low-Calorie Meal Plan is great for people that are trying to eat healthier and improve their overall wellness.
HIGH PROTEIN MEAL PLAN: It's an ideal meal plan for serious gym goers, someone with an active lifestyle or for athletes who are looking to build muscle while maintaining their endurance and energy levels. You will get a weekly delivery of meals designed to provide enough protein so your body can operate at its peak level.
KETO MEAL PLAN: With our Keto Meal Plan, you will get a weekly delivery of the macro ratio meals you need to boost your ketogenic journey: High protein, low carb meals that will help you reach ketosis.
PLANT BASED MEAL PLAN: Our Plant Based Meal Plan focuses on foods primarily from plants. This includes not only fruits and vegetables, but also nuts, seeds, oils, whole grains, legumes, and beans.
Yes, you can now choose your meals each week with our New Meal Plan Feature!
Simply log in to your Dashboard anytime Sunday-Wednesday before 2:00pm CST and make your selections.
If you forget to select your meals or click the SURPRISE ME button, our team will put a meal plan together for you on the meal plan you selected along with any exclusions/allergens listed on the account.
Give us a call at (713) 367-6578 or login to your dashboard to skip a delivery. Keep in mind that we need advance notice of any changes or pausing deliveries by Wednesday at 2:00 pm CST for the following week's order.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We have different delivery days for a la carte & subscription orders:
For a la carte orders we offer next day delivery when you order before 2.00pm for Houston residents and ship Monday-Friday for FedEx orders. All FedEx orders placed before 2.00pm will go out the very next shipping day with overnight shipping.
Meal Plan Subscriptions are delivered every week on Sunday for Houston residents and every week on Friday if you live outside of Houston.
We deliver nationwide!
Place your a la carte order before 2.00pm for next day delivery if you're a Houston resident; if you live outside of Houston, it will go out the very next shipping day with overnight shipping.
FOR LOCAL A LA CARTE ORDERS:
We deliver every day of the week, including weekends, with next day delivery when you order before 2:00pm.
FOR A LA CARTE FEDEX ORDERS:
We ship Monday-Friday and all orders placed before 2.00pm will go out the very next shipping day with overnight shipping.
For example, if you order on Tuesday before 2.00pm your order will ship out on Wednesday and will be delivered on Thursday.
Meal Plan Subscriptions are delivered every week on Sunday for Houston residents and every week on Friday if you live outside of Houston.
At checkout, you will be able to validate your zip code and it will tell you if it will be locally delivered or shipped via Fedex.
Yes! You will receive a tracking number once your order ships from our facility. You can track your order every step of the way via the tracking number provided.
Simply enter your Zip Code at checkout and it will tell you if it will be delivered through our local delivery method or through shipping via FedEx.
Nobody needs to be home when the meals arrive. Local deliveries receive an automatic confirmation text when the order arrives. Shipping orders have a “shipper release” and are delivered to your front door as well.
We recommend having them delivered to a residential address in case the business is closed when the order arrives.
Shipping is calculated at checkout depending on zip code and weight. It is automatically set up for Standard Overnight Shipping.

RECEIVING MY MEALS
All of our local deliveries come in an insulated bag with ice-packs.
They remain at a cold temperature until you get home and put them in the fridge.
All orders shipped via FedEx are vacuum sealed in BPA-free, recyclable trays and film. Our New Vacuum Skin Packaging allows for the food to arrive safely and intact. They arrive in a carboard box with an insulated liner and ice-packs to keep them at safe temperatures.
Local deliveries receive an automatic confirmation text when the order arrives. Shipping orders receive a tracking # with a link to track it.
Refrigerate your meals as soon as possible. You can freeze them if you want but we recommend consuming them fresh. However, if you decide to freeze them, we recommend letting them thaw in your refrigerator the day before eating.
We encourage all of our customers to participate in their local community recycle programs. We are not able to receive used containers back for sanitary reasons.
Yes, we do! You can either keep them if you want or you can leave them by the front door before your next delivery, the driver will pick them up and leave the new ones. We highly encourage our customers to return their insulated bags back to us. We will gladly recycle them for you and enter your name into our weekly raffle to win free food on a gift card.
No worries, if you forget to put your insulated bags out, please leave them by the front door before your next delivery and the driver will pick them up when they deliver your next order.
ORDER & BILLING
For a la carte orders, you will be charged at the time of purchase. For meal plan subscriptions, you will be billed every week on the same day for the upcoming week's meals.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
If you need to cancel or pause your order for any reason, please contact our customer service team at (713) 367-6578 and we will be more than happy to help! Our customer service hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00am-3:00pm CST.
Please note that we make everything fresh to order, so any changes or cancellations for the following week's order need to be made by Wednesday at 2:00 pm CST

PACKAGING & RECYCLING
All of our packaging is either recyclable, biodegradable, or both! Please check local recycling guidelines to ensure that our packaging can be recycled in your area.
Great question! You can either keep them if you want or you can leave them by the front door before your next delivery and the driver will pick them up and leave the new ones.
